What’s Right?

Start out by asking… what’s right instead of what’s wrong… about a circumstance to give you a different perspective to look at, has been said.

So… I asked the same… what’s right about today?

Technology… behavior… morals… values… nations… without boundaries… are killing the heart God has intended—to act like a human created in His image.

Are today’s young people crying out… to feel human?

Teens and 20s are desiring to learn skills done with the hands i.e carpentry… welding—to make something tangible… relatable.

The same are starting to reject the impersonal aspects of social media… excessive online activity is numbing the heart… the loneliness still gnaws at the soul.

Classic rock… blues… are resonating with them.  Is it because computer digital recording and editing have perfected music killing the groove… human imperfection and touch… in it?  Amps, guitars, and most instruments can be modeled… voice pitch is digitally corrected… the music is auto-tuned.  Could you call it “fake music”—that which was not as originally recorded?

Lamb meat is becoming desirable along with micro brews for the millennial (I learned visiting with the president of the American Sheep Industry Assn.).  Is it because lab created meat isn’t “real meat”… and they’re seeking something with a history… a story… that’s relatable?  Is this what makes the “farm-to-table” or “eat local” a trend?

What’s right in all this?

There’s opportunity to provide a product or service that helps a person “recover heart”—experience the dignity of being created in the image of God.

The most vital—many in the church are pushing a wishy-washy… green-environmental… socialism… user-friendly message that’s a “spineless… heartless… mindless… soul killing” false gospel.  Why?  Because it’s not based on spiritual… or even natural… truth.  The heart and the dignity of a human are being destroyed—we’re becoming just a number to accomplish an agenda… building “their kingdom”.

No one wants to discuss, or face, our imperfections… our sins… how to deal with them.

The “hireling shepherds” want to stuff our sin in a box, and seal it neatly away from our sight, sterilizing our “happiness” for today.  They attempt to edit sin out of our lives… like the digital manipulated song… to convince us we’re perfected in need of no further discipline by God.  With conviction silenced, we’re left to go after the “dreams” that seem appealing to our flesh.  The message lifts the captives up on a mountain—the followers and donations flow through the door.

The price paid…

The buyers become mindless… auto pilot… “auto-tuned” machines with no capacity for a relationship with Jesus Christ that challenges people to grow in Him.

We know what happens to a marriage… or any other relationship… that goes on… auto pilot.  And… we know any “rich” relationship has gotten “messy” at times to get where it’s at.

Get back to the basics of the True Gospel about salvation through the blood of Christ and our future in His Kingdom… and the heart… mind… and soul are recovered (saved).

It’s important to give testimony… teach… stay firm on… what it means to be created in God’s image and the way to realize the blessings of—to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and remain faithful.

Share the True Gospel—the choice of Heaven or Hell.  If not… our heart… mind… soul… will wither and die.  If there’s no Hell (Lake of Fire)… there’s no Cross… then, there’s no Heaven (New Jerusalem).

It’s the desire of the Lord for people to receive and be filled with the Holy Spirit… but… He tells us the majority will not respond… however… our heart will.  Lift up Jesus Christ through testifying to the Gospel of the Kingdom… and the Holy Spirit, who loves Jesus Christ, responds in our heart.  His joy… the joy of the Lord… increases—we’re the beneficiaries of doing so.

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians 4

Plus… we’ve got a great future to look forward to—Abraham did and does… and… I’m his seed through, the Son of David, Jesus Christ.

I’m “jumping” with anticipation—I can’t be “chicken” about it!
