No Lives Matter

Among all the activity under the sun…

“No lives matter”… but His.

We have no “cause”… but His.

Before you react… that this sounds harsh and cold…

God has the “last word”.  His view is all that matters… for all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of Godthere’s not one righteous—we’re like… a cloud of dust blown along by the wind (Romans 3:10-11,23; Genesis 3:19; Psalm 103:14-16; James 4:14; Ecclesiastes 1:2-4; 3:18-20;9:4-6;12:7-8).

So… who matters?

Only One Life matters… the One who created it all.

Who is He?

He is Jesus Christ.  He is seated at the right hand of the Father God in Heaven as the only Begotten Son of God and the only High Priest over the House of God—He is fully God and fully man.

Through the power of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God…

Jesus Christ made His Life available to man, who He created, with His virgin birth as a man… His crucifixion at the Cross… His resurrection from the grave… and, His ascension back to Heaven where He came from.  If we receive His Life into our life, His sacrifice for the forgiving and cleansing of our sins, He lives in us through the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit.

Now…

We do matter to God… we’re His children.  We have hope in being resurrected to Eternal Life being in the presence of God with all His goodness.

God wants everyone to be his child… but most people don’t because they want to be their own god (1 Timothy 2:3-5; Ezekiel 33:10-12; John 3:18-20; Matthew 7:13-15).

If you don’t accept Jesus Christ as your Savior, you’ll be in eternal destruction in the Lake of Fire.  Your life will have been in vain… in dark emptiness… for eternity—you’re life will literally be junk thrown into a trash dump… it ultimately didn’t matter (Isaiah 66:22-24; Mark 9:43-48; Matthew 3:12; 10:28; 25:41; Revelation 14:9-11; 20:10-15; 21:8; 22:14-16).

Matthew 26 23 And he answered and said, He that dippeth his hand with me in the dish, the same shall betray me. 24 The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born.

John 6 26 Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled. 27 Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.28 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

Man was not the opening act of all-time… nor, is he the 1st order of importance in regards to God’s Commandments.  Worship and love God as He requires, as described in His Word, and we can now love others and value them as… male and female created in God’s image.  Jesus Christ is the first and the last (Deuteronomy 6:1-9; Mark 12:28-31; Galatians 5:13-15; Isaiah 43:10-13; 45:21-25; Revelation 1:5-8; 22:12-14).

This may have started out sounding indifferent and cold-hearted… but, it’s not.

Why?

He’s God… I’m not.  I can’t save you… you can’t save me.  Only Jesus Christ can save and redeem us both!  Only He is worthy of my focus—I only bend my knee to the God of Israel, not to another man (Isaiah 45:22-24; Romans 14:11-12; Philippians 2:9-11; Ephesians 3:14-15).

Daniel 4 34 And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation:35 And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?
